Piston kit + connecting rod + crankshaft

Features
To achieve the ultimate high response, we have achieved both high strength and light weight in each part.

(1) Piston kit Piston weight: 324g

We have achieved thin wall thickness by using A2618 material, which has high heat resistance.
By manufacturing it by cutting, we have eliminated excess material.
By adopting a bridge structure, we have increased structural rigidity.
By using a two-layer molybdenum coating, we have improved initial break-in and reduced friction.
By shortening the piston pin, we have reduced the weight of the boss.
By adopting a φ22 piston pin, we have improved bending rigidity.
By making the piston pin thinner and shorter, we have eliminated the weight increase from the conventional φ21 pin.

(2) Crankshaft Stroke: 77.7mm

A machined full counter crankshaft is used.
The counterweight is efficiently positioned to achieve both low inertia weight and high balance.
By deliberately limiting maximum output to 700 horsepower, weight is reduced to the minimum, improving response.

(3) Connecting rod

A machined H-section connecting rod made of nickel-chrome steel is used.
Compatible with φ22 piston pins.
The surface is WPC treated to improve fatigue strength.
